"It was a great honor to be given the HLAA scholarship. After I received the award, I immediately felt welcomed into the HLAA organization. I cannot express how much I appreciate the members who dedicate their time to improve the lives of those with hearing loss. Such a meaningful cause instills within me a sense of hope and more importantly, a sense of pride for being who I am. Thank you HLAA!"
